Nervous System Regulation Diaphragmatic Breathing

Phase 1

AWARENESS

You will learn the reason for your symptoms as we explore the Autonomic Nervous System, Vagus Nerve and lymphatic system. You will identify protective patterns and triggers in your body. You will receive feedback on your breathing pattern and learn the proper way to activate your Diaphragm muscle for successful deep breathing and reinforcing a regulated nervous system for healing. You’ll learn how to clear congestion from your drainage pathways in your lymphatic system to get rid of inflammation and begin to create an environment for cellular healing.

ALLEVIATE

With the foundations in place, we begin to peel back the onion and alleviate protective patterns and postures no longer serving you. You will have a personalized game plan on alleviating chronic areas of tightness, while restoring an optimal breathing posture. This personalized plan removes the guesswork so you know exactly how to start creating new brain/body connections to reinforce a regulated Nervous System and access full diaphragmatic breath.

ACTIVATE

There is less tension getting into an optimal posture and more mobility and depth in your breathing pattern. Now it is time to ACTIVATE all four components of your deep core while we put the foundational support, skills and practices together so you can continue to heal and thrive. You will learn strategies to prevent symptoms from returning and maintain this thriving state.

“ Before BBB, I used to look at my physical health and my mental health separately. My cardiovascular health, bone health and muscular composition were things that all benefited from what foods I put in my body and how I often I got moving and lifted weights. Aside from the occasional blood panel that said everything was A Ok I felt like my physical health was pretty good. For my mental health, I had routinely done therapy, read books and blogs dedicated to growing your emotional intelligence, being compassionate to others and above all yourself. I felt pretty dialed in both physically and mentally, But still something was off. I was constantly tired and felt burnt out.

I visited Helen over the years for body aches and her miracle hands had helped me so much over the years.
